Steak Fajita Zoodle Bowl

These bowls are a magical combination of zoodles and fajitas! The marinade ingredients might surprise you, but the ingredients are SO delicious together.


(Serves 4-6)


Steak or skirt steak, about 1 pound

3-4 multi colored Bell Peppers,

2 onions,

2 boxes of Veggie Noodle Co. Zucchini Spirals

1 package mushrooms, sliced.

1 cup Teriyaki Pineapple Marinade (this recipe uses Lawry’s brand)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1 tablespoon (or to taste) Montreal Steak Seasoning



  1. Sauté spiraled veggies for 8-10 minutes on med-high, drizzled with olive oil and fresh garlic
  2. Slice peppers, onion, and mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with Montreal Steak seasoning
  3. Grill veggies and steak
  4. Slice steak thinly when it comes off the grill
  5. Use your zoodles as a base for your fajitas or add them in to your tortilla with the other fajita ingredients if you’d like!
